The Official Story

Larry Jones is a multi media artist based in Terre Haute, Indiana.  His works are in glass, silk screen
prints, faux finishing, sculpture, clay, and whatever else he can make into art.  Seriously, ask him
about the hearse.

This poster is his first step into online art sales, so buy one for you and one as a gift.  Your family
will get laughs long after Bush is out of office.
If you are interested in commissioning art or faux finishing for your home, office, or space, please

The Story according to his daughter

Growing up, our house rule was, "If art wasn't done by family or friends, it doesn't go on the wall."
Who knew that everyone doesn't grow up surrounded by art and doing art.  Mom and Dad led by
example and while their work might have slowed their art making, it never stopped their art making.

This print is just the most recent in a series of Christmas Art Projects that Dad has done for the
family.  One year it was Nixon Clocks (keep you eye on his Cafe Press Store, I'm trying to get him to
make some more) and another he took his faux finishing skills to small boxes.  Now we each have a
marble box that is light as a feather.

It is really exciting to see Dad getting online and sharing his art (and politics) with you.  He is based
in Terre Haute, but does plenty of work in Indianapolis.  I highly suggest you talk to him before you
let anyone else texture your walls or paint a mural in your home.  And keep coming back here, I don't
think this is the last poster you'll see from him.

Now stop reading and buy a poster.  Or go to Cafe Press and get a t-shirt.  And from one blogger to
another, show him some link love.
